Children & Youth
All kids are welcome to join us for Sunday school. We currently have a preschool class and a late elementary/middle school class. We provide a nurturing space to be creative and to fall in love with God through the Biblical story of God's love for us. Though our students are currently few in number, they report feeling like valued members of the community and beloved children of God. We have excellent facilities for children's ministry, and hope to grow in that area of our ministry in the years to come. New friends and new teachers are always welcome! Because we care about the safety of God's children, all of our teachers and staff have up to date child protective clearances. If you wish to teach, please see Jen in the office for information on obtaining the appropriate background checks to work with children.
Our Youth participate in the York Conference Cooperative Catechetics program for Confirmation instruction, a 3 year program run cooperatively with other York Lutheran churches.
Elisabeth and Nick were Confirmed on May 21, 2017 through Rite of Affirmation of Baptism. Collin, Ellen & Isabella completed their instruction and were confirmed May 19, 2019.

Adult Sunday School
Our Adult Sunday School classes meet weekly all year and discuss a variety of topics each week.
Did you know that choir is also a form of faith formation? It's true. Singing is not just a devotional activity but nourishes our faith in the process. Our choir meets every Wednesday (September - May) at 6:30pm in the Narthex. New singers welcome!
