Wedding Policy

Do we do weddings?  YES!  We do weddings!  What is required?  Premarital counseling with the pastor, and fees for custodian ($75) & accompanist ($150).  Premarital counseling may sound scary but most couples find it is an exciting opportunity to break from all the wedding planning and take time to fall in love all over again.  We look at finances (the number one cause of divorce in the U.S.), family, faith, conflict resolution, sexual intimacy, alcohol & drug use, and the future.  Call Pastor Liz at 854-1219 or e-mail pastorliz@lutherpeople.org to get started.

Facility Use & User Groups

We believe we are stewards of God’s gifts.

One of those gifts we have been given

is a wonderful sturdy facility built in the 1950’s.

We have plenty of rooms of varying sizes

for the use of not for profit groups and events.

Check out our room descriptions by clicking Facility Description

Looking for a specific meeting?  Click here.

We look forward to sharing this great gift with you and your group!

Driving Directions

Take Rt. 30 to I-83 South.  Take I-83 South to the North Queen Street (Rt. 74) exit.  Stay in the right-hand lane.  Proceed through one light to the second light at the bottom of the hill.  McDonald’s will be on your right.  Turn RIGHT onto Springwood (you’ll have no choice, as you’re already in the right-turn only lane).  Get immediately into the LEFT lane and turn LEFT at the light.  At that light the road becomes Hollywood Drive (if you turn left.  It is Springwood if you turn right...don’t ask why.)  Proceed on Hollywood Drive up the hill.  The church is on the LEFT.
